These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.footmarvel.in and the services provided by Foot Marvel, a brand of VJH Footwell Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India, with its registered office in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Foot Marvel provides professional foot reflexology services, including but not limited to:

• Express Foot Reflexology (30 minutes)
• Classic Foot Reflexology (45 minutes)
• Foot Reflexology with Back/Arm/Shoulder (60 minutes)
• Comprehensive Foot Reflexology with Back/Arm/Shoulder and Thai style Full Back Massage (90 minutes)

• Appointments can be made via phone, email, or through our website contact form.
• We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
• Walk-in clients are welcome subject to therapist availability.
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform us at least 2 hours before your appointment time.

Our center operates daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The last appointment is accepted at 7:00 PM. We reserve the right to modify operating hours on public holidays or for maintenance, with prior notice where possible.

• Prices for our services are as listed on our website and at our center.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
• Payment is due at the time of service.
• We accept cash, UPI, and major digital payment methods.

Please inform our therapists of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or health concerns before your session.

• Reflexology may not be suitable for certain medical conditions, including but not limited to: deep vein thrombosis, foot fractures, open wounds on the feet, or certain pregnancy-related conditions.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the treatment may not be safe or appropriate for you.
• Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
